The only major 'machine' I need to bring is my nebulizer, which im planning on checking under the plane. I dont need to refridgerate any neb meds so that'll be easier to handle.

Any packing tips or getting-by-security-smoothly tips?
etc. etc.

If you were to bring your VEST I got a travel bag from Hill-rom that has wheels and a handle just like luggage..They sent it to me when I said the bag we had was worn out. Otherwise, know that you cannot carry one drinks unless you get them from the store inside the airport(they are more expensive) but I know flying can be dehydrating so buy one and make sure you drink<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0"> Of course, carry on your enzymes in your purse and any other medicine you'll need carry on. That's all I can think of now.

We usually carry DS's nebulizer and meds in a back pack with us.

I guess since you've got all that under control, my only suggestion would be to bring along some hani-wipes to keep your hands clean after you touch anything. I always carry several individual packets in my purse and keep a box of them in my luggage.
