First Time for seeing a ENT

Thank you all for your advice. I am ready to get this problem solved. My CF Dr had me get a CT Scan of my sinus yesterday plus had blood work done too.

I do nasal washings usually once a day first thing in the morning, but have been thinking about stepping it up to two times a day.
