First time with O2 at the gym

Thanks, everyone for the amazing support!!! I'm so glad if I inspire anyone else to go out in public with O2.... I still feel a little odd wearing it, but I'm going to the gym at non-peak hours until people get used to seeing me there with it. I'm sure they're soooo curious and would LOVE to ask why someone who has been running and lifting weights there for 2 years all of a sudden needs a lil' O2 fanny pack! LOL... I hope they get used to seeing it, cause it does help me and that's all that matters. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

Where's Amy? (sakasuka)??? I thought for sure she'd have something to say since she had wanted so badly for me to get O2 way back when all this started... Just curious if she's reading this and is as shocked as I was to be using it?!?! LOL...

Oh, one more thing, not sure I mentioned this, but its a BIG fight with insurance when you say you need O2 JUST for exercise. They would NOT have given it to me just for that. They had documentation from my hospital stay providing them with O2 desatting at other times too, which was the only way I got it covered. So, just so ya'll keep that in mind... Not sure your insurance will be as nit-picky, but my clinic said they've never seen any cover it for just exercise. Thank goodness (well, not really) I desatted other times so I could get it! LOL

Anyway, just thought I'd mention that.

Take care and thanks again for all the support... It makes me so happy!
