fish oil???

Hey

does anyone here take fish oil??? I am having alot of problems with inflammation in my joints and my nutritionist suggested fish oil, 1,000 ml a day. I'm just curious if anyone here takes it and if you have noticed any change, and if you have, after how long???

I take Glucosamine Chondroitin and Omega 3 oils (fish, flax, borage) and I started having less joint pain after my runs when I started the supplements. The GC was recommended by a doctor of mine who is also a runner with joint problems. Fish oil is generally recommended as being good for heart health as well so you really can't go wrong. Hope this helps!
