My Goals:

Run a 5K in under 23 minutes.
Run a 5 mile in under 42 minutes.

Challeging but reachable but that is what goals are supposed to be right?

On a side note -- does anybody use the nike plus stuff? We need to get a CF challenge going. Reply here or PM me if anybody is interested.

Well I used to be a runner but my knees put a stop to that farely premature.

My goals are a bit smaller, I aim to get to the gym before I go to work and after I do all my treatments, for 30 minutes minimum. If you take into consideration that I have a 2 month old at home, that the workout requires me to get up between 4:30-5am, and I work full time I think it is a pretty good goal but do-able.

Self Report: Two weeks ago I made it 4 days, last week only 3 --but it's a new week !
