Flu shot... Do you get one?

I get it every year, and so do the Wife and Girls. the worst is the sore arm thing and sometimes slightly achy shoulder joints for about a day, other than that I've never had a problem..... But it's your call man.

Yes, my son get's the flu shot as does his sister, my wife and myself. It is the CF protocol, but more importantly it is just a darn good idea. I agree about getting the flu. Had a round of it about 15 years ago. Never again if I can prevent it, and a sore arm for 1 to 3 days is well worth it.

I absolutely get a flu shot every year. I still got the flu last year and ended up in the hospital miserable and on 4L of oxygen when I normally don't use any during the day. My chest was on fire and I couldn't stop hacking. It was a terrible experience and so I will continue to get my shots in the hopes that I won't have to go through it again.
