Flu shot reaction

Usually after a flu shot I may be a little aching that evening and my arm might be sore for up to 48 hrs. but this time it's day 4 and I have this red 3" circle on my arm that is still there. It's gone away quite a bit - it's very light now but still strange. The manufacturer was GSK.

Anyone else have this?

Hey L,

I forgot to tell you I got mine yesterday. (fyi, I don't think I am pregnant b/c I have definate pms<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif" border="0">, but they said it was safe for pregnancy anway and neccesary for me)
Sometimes I get a reddish/purple spot but I think its a bruise. If its like a Lyme's type bullseye, I'd check it out. 4 days is a while.
I feel so icky today! I hate getting the shot.

I usually get a red, warm welt after my flu shot. And my arm is a bit achy for a few days. The worst reaction I had was this summer after my tetanus/pertussis vaccine. Felt like a big baby, but it really REALLY hurt -- all the way to my collar bone and my son thought it was really funny to whack me in the arm once he realized I'd yelp if I bumped it.
