Yes, KingJames your machine must be very of old. Check out any of the vest websites (TheVest, Respirtech Incourage, SmartVest) to see what we have. Do you have the same insurance you had way back when you got that vest? If it's changed at all you can get a new vest. Do you go to an accredited cf center? Get your respiratory therapist on the job!

My husband has the old dinosaur vest that is HUGE! and we have flown with it many times! we checked it the first time, but quickly learned that is NOT good! so now, he lets them know when we check in, and the stewardesses keep it up front with them. So if it doesn't fit in the overhead, i'd say call ahead and check on that.
