Not long ago, I put a link to your website in my AIM profile. Then I made an away message about your page, and put the link in that. I just thought you might like to know that...
At least 2 of my non-CF friends have sent in donations, Lauren and Casey. Casey also put the link in her profile. My cousin Cindy also donated. And a post-transplant CFer from my old college, Tash, sent in a donation and put the link in her profile too.

Everybody spread the link around! I didn't think it would work outside my CF circle of friends. But people are giving me some faith in humanity, and actually giving a damn.

Allan, can you post your site and the newspaper articles again. I sent it around to all of my friends and family a few months (maybe weeks????) ago and I'd like to do it again.

Thanks

There's also this WRAL (local news) story that aired two nights ago.

In other news, also on the same channel, the reason Medicaid can't afford my transplant:

A survey by The Associated Press earlier this year showed nearly 800 convicted sex offenders in 14 states received erectile dysfunction drugs filled by Medicaid.

Allan,
I've had a link to your site in my AIM profile for a few weeks and I know at least one random friend of mine donated too. The internet is a wonderful thing.
