Anyways, just thought i'd pass these two products along for those of you who nasal douche like I have been doing religiously to stave off surgery/sinus headaches, etc.
To me the main product I use is way superior to the nettie pot type kits because it allows you to flush with whatever force you want:

I use the regular kit, and have been eyeing the hypertonic packets they sell for this.
Here is the other product I use:

The alkalol stuff is neat because it contains many essential oils to kill off bacteria and loosen mucus. The stuff is very refreshing. My regimen is I mix up a regular neilmed douche but add a good amount of alkalol to it with a regular packet, then do that to start off my day. Then at night I do another douche but just regular neilmed without the alkalol.
I used to have crippling sinus headaches and other CF related sinus crap going on, now, all day my sinuses are clear and im digging it.

If you currently douche regularly, look into the alkalol stuff. You can find it at specialty stores. The local mom n pop pharmacy place carries ours. I have yet to see it at any of the big chain stores though.
