My friend introduced me to what it probably currently my greatest internet discovery this year; Pandora.com.
It's a free online radio site where not only can you pick different channels, you can type in your favorite band (or the type of band you're in the mood for) and it will play that band, and other bands close to that type of sound, as you listen to music you can say "I like this, play more like this" or "I don't like this" and you can also add bands to the channels, so you can completely customize your own radio station, for free!
So while I work out, and while I do therapy (I find it helps to have music in the background while doing vest/flutter) I'll have some jams like a Muse/Killers station or a Burning Airlines/Cake/Red Hot Chili Peppers channel. I'm addicted to this site, while doing treatments, working out, what ever.
