Does anyone know where I can find the disclaimer for these forums or website which basically warns people to follow their team's medical advice and that the views expressed here are just peoples' opinions?

It doesn't have to be 100pages long, I would just like to read the phrasing of it <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">
