This is what the person that found it said about it : "I ran across this website and thought it might be helpful to some here. It is basically a line of credit for some medical expenses, that can be paid off without interest if it is paid for in a certain length of time. Knowing how expensive CF can be, I thought it might be of interest to someone. It can be used for vet services as well."
