hey, gals! Miss Me?
I had been working on getting the computer I frequently use, back online (actually took me about three days). The wireless had an intermittent problem--think I cracked the PCB when I went to pick up the laptop one time, and got a USB as a replacement, with an extension cord to avoid the next accident.
Last Saturday, I went to take the MIL to the boonies where she grew up--explains a LOT about her!--and was exhausted the next day.
Anyway, the boards here haven't seemed to change much, and I was a little lost for words to add, and topics to start.
BTW, I shaved my month-long beard, went to the unemployment Tuesday, and think I got my unemployment (gotta make a trip to the bank to check) benefits, and I even challenged the company I got fired from to receive my severence pay! So, after calling the company about the labour law on involuntary dismissal, I got a one month salary for doing NOTHING! HAHA! I think I taught them a lesson to heed the law, and a lesson to learn the law for myself, too!
