On the copay thing, yes our copay for Hypersal is higher than when the pharmacy was compounding it for us. So that totally sucked. But the pharmacy pretty much hated doing it for us - no profit! Of course they made up with it for happy profits on Prevacid, TOBI, Pulmo, etc. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I'm not a huge fan of CF Services pharmacy because I'm simply not a mail order fan. I think I'm not organized enough.

Regardless, now that Hypersal is a brand name "drug" you should be able to get it at any local pharmacy too. I get mine at my regular grocery pharmacy, where I get all my meds. For me, it is the "brand name" copay, which is less than the "non-formulary" copay. But it's still more than a "generic" copay.

Sonia, the HyperSal seems to work much better for me than when I mixed my own, too. My friggin' copay is $45, which I think it ridiculous for salt water, but I'm willing to pay it - it works THAT much better.

Just going by how much comes out of my personal pocket, the HyperSal is my most expensive drug - go figure.
