Gas prices--I hate IKE!!!

It's $1.86 in Fargo; however, I just filled up at Sam's club and used my membership card and it was $1.78. Our grocery store also has a similar program -- if we spend more than $100 in groceries, we get a coupon for 12 cents off per gallon ($50-99 it's 8 cents and less than 50 is 4 cents)

Was in Bismarck last week for a conference and prices were still at about $3+, but they're always higher due to the local refinery.
