Getting my lungs better

One other thing I'd mention is adjust your Vest #'s to make a productive cough. See Noexcuses blog - Warwick section for advice on how to find your #s. You'll want to be stopping every 5 min to cough and spit.

One other thing I'd mention is adjust your Vest #'s to make a productive cough. See Noexcuses blog - Warwick section for advice on how to find your #s. You'll want to be stopping every 5 min to cough and spit.

for future purposes drink loads of water-at least1.5 liters a day.It helps with liquefying the mucus and making it less damaging on the lungs
