Getting my lungs better

Honestly, I've been doing my treatments pretty well (Vest 2x, saline2x, pulmo1x)
The month has gone by pretty fast and the doctors told me last month that if I didn't get my lung function better that I'd be in the hospital next appointment. It's my summer, I've worked so hard to get here, and I will be damned if I am going to be in the hospital for two weeks..not because of infection..not because I'm that sick..but of because my own laziness.
So I want to boost up my schedule until Tuesday. So I have Saturday, Sunday, Monday,Tuesday to give me a little...boost, If I can.

But uhm....how? I feel like just doing those treatments aren't enough..like, sure I'm breathing them in and putting on the vest, but do I feel my lungs getting better?
Should I put the vest on 9 HZ instead of 5? etc etc, maybe run...I don't know...I just really, really, would like to do anything to get my lungs even better than I think they already are.

Thanks, and I apologize if this post makes no sense, It's really late. Thanks in advance

This is what I know about helping lungs:
Work on your PH balance. (People with CF tend to be way too acid.)

Take a combination of Celtic Sea Salt, glyconutrients, and a healthy oil "at the same time" (within about the same hour). I mostly used coconut oil back when I was doing this but I have recently found that I cannot live without organic butter. I know someone who has no access to coconut oil who is getting good results with fish oil and olive oil as the healthy oil portion of this combo. Another individual tried this combo with cod liver oil and saw fairly quick improvement in FEV1's. Both people who recently tried this after talking to me reported back significant improvements in a week or less.

Can you fit in exercise? In combination with your treatment compliance, it does up your FEV1. Lots of luck!

If they do want you to be on IV antibiotics, ask to be in only for a few days and do IV meds at home.

1. Do your vest 4x a day instead of 2x

2. Lift weights and exercise at least 3x a week, as Jeanna mentioned

3. Make sure you're drinking 8 glasses of water a day - hydrate your lungs
