Another thing i want to add (b/c it just happened to me and i woke up from a nap, lol) is if you're not at the point where you're suffering from extreme fatigue, is that you'll get tired doing simple things that previously wouldn't make you tired.

For myself, doing everyday things makes me tired: showering, doing laundry and stuff. If not, even after getting a good 10+ hours of sleep a night, i will get tired midway through the day.
