Getting the most out of the vest

NoExcuses- thank you for the advice. I have already been spending many hours reading through your blog- lots of information there. I found the info in your letter from Dr Warwick very interesting. It seems to challenge a lot of what's considered best practice where I'm treated. I'll definitely have a lot of questions at my next appointment.

I get the most from the vest when I do it with my Pulmo or HTS. Dry vesting doesn't do as much for me unless I am SUPER junky. When I am done I use my accapella to get the loose stuff out.

I get the most from the vest when I do it with my Pulmo or HTS. Dry vesting doesn't do as much for me unless I am SUPER junky. When I am done I use my accapella to get the loose stuff out.
