I remember getting heartburn with gsh every here and there also in the past. Make sure you take it with a meal and a lot of liquid, not just a sip to get the capsules down. I noticed if i took the gsh by itself and with just a sip to get it down, was when i got the heartburn. I now take it with my other morning pills after i eat and drink .... no more heartburn
