Sorry, most CFers have some kind of medical team and easy access to affordable medications. I've been in countries where a pharmacist is a prescribing/diagnosing medico and if I could say it, the pharmacist was willing to sell me what I wished.

There also is a bit of sketchiness in obtaining medicine via the internet. It is barely technically legal to obtain prescription drugs because "doctor "A",writes thousands of prescriptions a day for antibiotics. Fake prescription drugs flood the market so you either need an endorsement from a friend before trying a particular drug or some guarantee. Local and regional emergency medical services might be a source of free on low cost drugs. I don't have any experience buying on line. Maybe someone can help.
