Thanks for all the replies. It means a lot getting recognition for doing so much to remain healthy. But I suggest trying this. <a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.blessedherbs.com/Internal-Cleansing/Formulas/Lung-Rejuvenator-H-3691.html.">http://www.blessedherbs.com/In...juvenator-H-3691.html.</a> I was bringing up mucous without even coughing with this! Removing my silver fillings is something I wanted to do for awhile now, mostly for the cosmetic effects; as now when I open my mouth, I actually look like a human being, opposed to the creature from the blue lagoon. If mercury is spilled, within minutes guys with hazmat or protective suits will be cleaning it up; does it make any logical sense to willingly put mercury in your mouth? Once again, I realize this is not an option for everyone, but I think the fact that I stopped stuffing antibiotics down my gullet, has allowed my immune system to recover after 28 years of forcefeeding myself them. I also completed a detoxifying program to rid my system of toxins. I try to get off my ass and exercise as much as I can, and I only drink purified water, and occasionally orange juice or organic milk. I have improved my eating habits by eating as much organic food as I can.

The Percussor 5000 hits a lot harder then the therapy vest, but on the downside it is noisy as hell. I really don't think it is a replacement for the vest, but I think they can complement eachother well.

I have a percussor and I love it. It is very noisy but you are right it does knock the junk out!!!</end quote></div>

Yes, I agree, it is very useful in its job. It was clearly designed by someone with CF. I was told by my doctors that it would be difficult to reach the back lobes with the percussor, but I seem to be able to do it fine. The downside to using it, is after like 5 minutes of holding it in place on a lobe, my hand gets tired, whereas the vest is totally hands free.

Hey good for you Shane! I'm so glad to hear that your health is improving w/ all your hard work. I, too lean towards "alternative" therapies etc. My husband is a tough sell, but everytime I hear/read about a "sucess" I blah blah blah to him maybe some of it sinks in.

Thanks for being an inspiration and keep it up!</end quote></div>

Hey much appreciation for the acknowledgment Tina. I think the reason that people as a whole are "tough sells" is because all the indoctrination on how you need prescription medicine to remain healthy, and the discrediting of natural remedies. You cannot patent a natural remedy, so the FDA doesn't stand to make any money. With that being said, I definitely think drugs have a place in society. For instance, at the time last year when I had bad inflammation, no amount of natural therapies could help, only man-made drugs could solvent the problem. I think in order for natural remedies to be beneficial, you must start out with a clean slate first. I began my collision course with natural remedies the day I left the hospital; thus I was already in tip-top shape. I would have been a tough sell even a year ago, but I have witnessed first hand the power of alternative medicine.

Thanks for the kind words!
