Isn't it crappy when you have no real answers why numbers go down??? <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0">

The no rhyme or reason schtuff makes it a tough call, harder to figure out what you need to do to bring them back up.

At least it does sound like it is a good time for a tune up before school starts-get it out of the way.
