GSH, Natural Supplements, and Cleveland

Happy Wednesday!!

Three separate questions<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

First, how is the GSH inhaled? I find the tablets to purchase, but not anything inhaled. Can I just put it in the hypertonic saline? Sorry if that sounds dumb. I looked through all the previous posts, but I could not find the formula determine dosing. I would guess on body weight, but not sure of formula.

Second question, does anyone take anything for diabetes that is natural? I know cinnamon, but when I search it there are SO many supplements. I would love any words of wisdom<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">


Last, anyone from Cleveland, Ohio?

Hey. I have not used it, but I have heard that at least 200MCG of GTF Chromium aids diabetes. I have also heard of the benefits of cinnamon, never tried it though. Sorry, I'm not from Cleveland, and I don't know anything about GSH.

I don't have an answer for your first two questions and no, I am not from Cleveland but......the Cleveland Clinic is where I had my transplants and many other things done. I am scheduled to come out there on August 10 and 11!!!

i dont live in cleveland but i live in mansfield. my father inlaw lives in cleveland so my husband and i are up there once in a while.
