Im 23 now but I had my mickey button removed when i was 18. I had it for 7 years and it did not help me gain weight, did not make me feel better, or any positive outcome. I used it like I was supposed to and had it properly changed when it needed it. Im so glad i had it removed, now I can show off my abbs from coughing lol. Im still gaining weight without it. But it does work for some people cuz everybodies different. Good luck with your decision
