Lizzie to answer yur question about airborne- Yes, it has a taste, it tastes kinda like gatorade-but a little stronger. The tase doesn't bother me at all, its lemony flavored. And I take it if I'm going out for a late night, if I'm gonna be around a big crowd, or on the airplane. Ex-tonight I'm going to NYC with the family for my little bro's graduation and I'm taking it now. All the little kiddies have these colds! I don't want to catch them.

Just another thought-the gym has more germs for sure, but think about the handle of a grocery store cart! Lots of germs-so I guess we can get em anywhere! I always wipe the cart handles with those anti bac wipes. At the movies, I wipe the arm rests, I wipe my hands after I use the elevator-buttons! Yucky! I'm sure people think I'm BOB from "What about Bob?" But I don't care!

Well, I sent an email to Gold's Gym on their customer service page on the website, so I HOPE someone gets back to me on why they don't have antibacterial wipes. I wonder who I'd call to get info. on policy of health clubs? I checked the Clark County, Nevada website and found nothing on any gym policies.

Our grocery store has a dispenser on the wall by the grocery carts that dispenses antibacterial wipes for wiping down the handle and seat.

you can call the news stations in your area to ask them if they are going to do a story on germs and anti bacterial wipes and this is one the places to investigate. If they get called or a reporter shows up oh boy. Busted. So that is what I would do. It is good media for everyone to watch and it is only going to help not hurt. You can give your name but you do not to have be interviewed. Nothing to be worried about as long as the camera is not filming you. If it was me, I would be more than happy to be video taped and I would tell them my concern because I had a transplant.

a show here tested shopping trolleys for bugs and found that most had staph on them. gross huh? as for the gyms, yeah there are alot of germs there but as long as you dont touch your face, everyone uses towels and you have a good shower once home you should be ok. or at the most carry anti bac wipes for your hands only [the wipes could damage equipment]. make sure you have an extra clean towel/flannel with you to wipe your face so you dont use your hands too. no need to do anymore than that.

at they Y they have these premoisened antibacterial cleaning cloths that you can use after you work out to clean the machines. i may start wiping down machines before i work out, just to be on the safe side.
