Had to go off the prozac

I called my doctor's office yesterday. I have been light-headed since starting the prozac last week. Its worse when I'm tired, which is all the time because it also makes me drowsey. Yesterday was really bad though because I had to be to work early so I didn't get as much sleep as I usually do. I decided I couldn't deal with it anymore, especially since I have to work at 6:00 am every other weekend. I talked to my docs assistant and she said to stop taking it. I've only been on it for a week so I shouldn't have any effects from stopping. My doc is out of the office this week so I won't be starting anything else until next week, which is fine actually since I'm getting married on Saturday I don't have to worry about side effect at the wedding. On the down side, my insomnia is back.

Well, at least you won't be feeling crappy at your wedding from the Prozac!
I would venture to guess that unless the insomnia is chronic that you'll sleep just fine after the wedding's over with!!
If you're like me, you're up at night worrying about this that needs to get done, worrying about if you have remembered all the details, etc.
After you get married you can try another med.
I hope your wedding goes wonderfully & hope you will have pix to share<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
