I think there's a difference between wanting to have one, and always using it. Ry had one for as long as I coudl remember, but it only got used when he was having a lot of trouble, or his arthritis was acting up horribly. He usually just toughed it out. He didn't want to take spots from grannies anymore than they wanted him too. Once he got on o2, he told me he was going to race the grannies and mock them when he won the sot lol.

Being the fact that I posted this I guess I should also respond. When I had one I did not use it all the time but did it when walking anymore than i had to would be impossible.

Also, there are times that my doctor tells me not to exercise because he just wants me to rest. I use it then as well.

Maybe Illinois is stricter but they are requiring all this red tape to get through. also, my doctor doesn't seem to be that sympathetic. I would like him to spend one day in my shoes
