I have been using acupuncture bi-weekly for energy, opening the lungs, and uplifting the spirit, and I believe it is working wonders! I have also switched to a dairy-free, gluten-free diet, with an emphasis on fruits and vegetables, and have noticed a major reduction in the thickness of my mucus production. Taking an essential fatty acid supplement, such as fish oil or flax oil, helps as well!<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif" border="0">

I have had acupuncture treatments monthly since 1995 - eight years before my diagnosis. I am devoted to it because I believe it helps keep me well. Cranial sacral therapy was very nice to have - light touch and focus on what is out of whack in the body. but, alas, I can't afford the cranial sacral these days. Who gets massage? Yoga?
