Has anyone adopted over seas with CF?

China is actually less restrictive than S. Korea even at this point. They also are more liberal with waivers for special needs children.

That said, we have adopted internationally twice but *not* with the complication of one of us having CF. I know that both of our homestudies required a medical exam which included a statement from our doctor having to state we have a normal life expectancy.

With international adoption, you would have to pass the requirements for the homestudy, pass requirements for Immigration and then pass requirements for the nation you are looking to adopt from.

USCIS (US Citizen and Immigration Services) actually has a page with requirements for all the countries that allow US citizens to adopt. If you look through the country specific requirements, you can sift for yourself whether you could adopt from that specific country.
