Has anyone done Tobi only once a day ?

I confess when I'm on tobi I usually only have enough time to get it in once a day, with all my other nebs. I agree I feel better doing it once, I get way too tight when I do it the second time at night without the vest. i'm not a doctor though, and i'm sure my doctor wouldn't agree (although I think they sometimes over analyze!)

i dont think if it is done once per day PA will gain resistance because its the same mechanism with zithromax which is given everyday. im not a doctor but i gained much experience throughout the years that i must charge my doctor instead of he charging me everytime i visit him <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif" border="0">

I used to do Tobi twice a day, then because of SOB, it was once a day. Now I am unable to tolerate it at all due to severe SOB, that was with albuterol before and after my Tobi neb. When I was still on Tobi, my dr was okay with me only doing it once a day because that was all I could tolerate.
