Has anyone else had problems finding underwear

Thank you everyone for your replies.
I bought size 2t underwear and even after washing they were way to big.

I recieved the xs cloth training pants in the mail and before washing I tried them on Jack and they fit great!

If anyone else can't find underwear small enough for potty training I recommend the website link I posted on my original post.
