I used to get them as a kid (swimming....wet tile floors). I had 3 at one time and they took care of them at once. They dropped a solution on top of it and it works it way underneath the wart and forms a blister underneath the wart. It all pops out in one piece but... you are left with a lovely hole in ones foot for a few days. It has to stay dry and covered until the hole fills in with new tissue. I don't know how it compares to having a wart freezing off... it hurts for a day or two while the blister forms and the core pops out.
