Have to get ANOTHER port

Thank you for your responses. I hope I can meet with a surgeon before this actually takes place. I had about 30 seconds before my last surgery to talk it over with the surgeon.
It kinda went like...
me: HI
him: hi
him: where do you want this?
me: what are my choices?
him: how about there? as he points.
me: ok but don't mess up my boobs, and I have to be able to wear a bra and um that's all.
him: ok. bye.
