Have you seen a improvement in your FEV1 with Cayston if so how much??

I've used it 3 times, 28 days each. I have not experienced any health gain during this time. Granted I also culture MRSA and my 2 strains of PA are highly resistant.

I have been on Cayston for some time now. I was in the clinical studies. I have not noticed or seen an increase in my FEV1. I do have side effects like wheezing and coughing after doing Cayston. I do my albuterol first then 30 minutes on my vest and then the Cayston. I was hoping for an increase in FEV1 but not yet. I have been in pretty good health since starting Cayston. I hope that in the near future my FEV1 starts improving.

I have been on Cayston for 2 days now and feel great. It takes about 90 seconds to 2 minutes to complete a treatment and about 90 seconds to clean. I LOVE it! I also have not done my full TOBI treatments due to lack of time in the past so this is perfect for me.

I actually had a great response to Cayston. I was in my first trimester and was unable to be on TOBI. My pfts went down 10%. I did Cayston and brought it back up.

I also switched to working full-days only (instead of flipping nights and days), so I don't know if that helped

I am at a point where I can do TOBI, but I am holding off a couple more weeks. I should be doing Cayston soon anyways
