He choked on peanuts and now has a congested cough

thanks all for your replies...
after alyssa's message, looking on the internet and talking to the CF clinic on-call doc...I took him to the ER yesterday.
7 hours later...I successfully kept Caleb from even touching the ground of the hospital and no peanut was found.
The surgeon said he just probably caught some kind of cough but i still think it had to do with the peanuts.
