Thanks! I was waiting for someone to say something! Also I see you are from Jeanette, I lived in Kittanning for 1 1/2 years. I just moved back to Philadelphia in February. Do you see Weinburg, Pilewski and Myerburg? I saw them for a short while... good guys!

Yup, I usually see Pilewski, but I've seen Myerburg, Weinburg, Spahr and back in the day Dr. O (loved him). I still see Dr. O every once in awhile and he still wears the bow tie and sandals.

How do you like Philly? I really like the city, I was in a commercial there and I have family in Exton.

Great! I'm doing the same thing, but at this point I am aiming for 50% from being 25-30% for a few years. So far I have made some big changes related to diet and daily exercise (treadmill for 40 mins every morning without fail).<div><br></div><div>Very keen I hear your progress and any tips! It's a huge challenge but I am convinced that it is possible. I would love hear from others who have done it!</div>

But I didn't have insurance for 9 months and didn't get PFT's in that 9 months.... Before the 9 months I was 44 FEV1 @ UPMC and then 1 year later (9 months + the 44 was right after a hospitalization) I'm at 26 FEV1... the downturn started somewhere in the middle of that 12 month period.. so it's hard to say. That being said I'll post any tips I have when I prove them successful, I would hate to tell someone to do something that would have a negative effect. But in any event, my goal is 60 obtainable, I believe it's possible. The human body is remarkable and God has engineered amazing mechanisms into it that people have just begun to uncover, a lot of it is mind over matter. The remainder is hard work and God's grace.<br>
