<P>I sometimes get a heat rash when i get to hot outside. I first noticed i get a heat rash when i was a child. my heat rash usually pops up every couple of years so i am not too concerned because i dont stay out in the heat that much for the obvious reasons.</P>

<P>i was wondering if anyone else gets this and what they do to make the heat rash go away. </P>
