Help asking for genetic testing?

Right now I have BCBS of Michigan and I did call them yesterday and they told me the testing would be covered 80% IF it is medicaly nessisary and done through a network provider. I am not sure if the ambry test would be in my network. I called them yesterday and I'm waiting for a call back.

Does anyone know the aprox. cost of the ambry test so I can get and idea of what I will have to pay?
