Thanks for the replies Melissa, Diane and RD. I really appreciate your help.

RD and Diane: I think you are right that I better get some sorta scan or x-ray. And RD, thanks for letting me know about the 1 cup rule, I didn't know that. My center is normally good so I don't know what their problem is today. It is the one in Tucson. I live in Phoenix, so it's not like I can just jump in the car it's over 2 hours away. I used to go to the one in Phoenix, but had a horrible experience. Now I am not so sure about this one after today.

Thanks again.

If anyone else cares to respond, I will greatly appreciate those responses as well.

This same thing has been happening to me..so I stopped doing my pulmozyme a few days ago. So far so good.

(I'm not suggesting you stop taking your meds...that's just what I did. I try different things all the time and don't mind doing it, because we all know we're going at some point and I'd rather try what I can to maintain.)

Its normal for me. I coughed up blood for the first time in jan 06, since then if I cough to hard, or one to many times, or if my allergies are bothering me I will cough up blood. I think its a CF thing. When I start noticing it, I stop doing my hypertonic for a few day so I don't cough, and I add in some more albuteral.
