Help! My sinus's are acting up! Need new suggestions

Hi! Flonase has changed my life. I would see an ENT. Completely helped my sinus issues. Antihistamines help, too.

Hi Queen,

Havnt heard from you in awhile ..

If you have a sinus infection you need abx for it.. Usually orals will do it for me for a sinus infection..

Sometimes the ENT will order abx for me to squeeze into the Sodium Chloride for nasal irrigation..

The wintertime really dries me out w/ the heat on , so i also use a little abx ointment (clear this w/ your ent) in the tip of my nose ( a small amount and it goes up w/ your own body heat)

I do nasal irrigations twice a day , every day followed by a spray of verimyst , no matter what time of the year, but the winter is the worst for me with the dry air <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif" border="0">
