I know what a hard decision it was for you to make.
When I started BF I made myself a promise that if my weight dropped below 110 pounds I would stop BF. I got really stressed out as the pounds dropped and I got close to 110. Thankfully I was able to maintain but I was always worried about my weight. I loved BF but I knew if my weight dropped too much I would have to make myself the priority. Growing up my weight was always an issue. The CF dr I had as a child was so fixated with weight. I understand the need to maintain weight to keep healthy and all but thanks to that dr. I have lasting body imagine issues. Even at a healthy and normal weight for a non CF'er I feel too skinny and self conscience. BLAH! I totally understand how stressful weight loss can be.
I am proud of you for making the best decision for your situation.
