help with colistin

I do the put the sterile water in slowly, and then slowly swirl thing <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0"> , and then I let it sit for about 10 mins. (while I do my Pulmozyme) and then slowly draw it back into the syringe. Then I take the needle off, and squirt it in the neb with just the syringe. The fatter the needle, the more it seems to help too.
