If he is getting dizzy and going numb, i would get him to the hospital for sure. At least to get his oxygen level and see if he is in need of that. If he feels his lungs are getting worse, it is probably time for action. He may need to be on iv's . I would def. get him to the Dr. or the ER if you have to.
