Your weight can fluctuate up to 5 lbs per day in JUST water weight. Not to mention if you add a bunch of food to that too. If you weigh yourself in the morning you will weigh less because you have gone a solid chunk of time normally 8-12 hours without eating anything. You will weigh the most or SHOULD weight the most at the end of the day before you go to sleep.

I weigh myself every morning as soon as I get up. Pretty much the same time every day, then you get a more accurate idea of your weight. I fluctuate ALOT during the day and only ever rely on my morning weight.
