have you tried buying a pregnancy pillow? or one of the really large wedges they sell at DME companies or massage therapy magazines and such?

Here is a link to the preggo pillow I bought that seems like it might help with what you are describing (and can be the base of your 'nest'), or you could look into the sleep # bed that inclines--it's a bit pricey but it will be the next bed I get for sure!
