i've been told not to change anything unless the bleed is serious (over a few tablespoons of pure blood? -- which i've never had.) if small amounts of blood are signs of infection or from your lungs trying to heal after an infection, all the MORE reason to vest and get the crap out. and this includes keeping up with all my inhaled nebs (HS, tobi, pulmozyme.)
i hadn't thought about not doing my advair. i may ask my doctor about that next time i see him.
i think the overall answer to this question is dependent on the individual and her history of hemo.
