My son's school doesn't allow meds to leave the nurses office; its a state mandate. Every prescription must be accompanied by a form completed and signed by the prescribing MD, and every admin has to be documented and signed by the nurse. But he knows when and what he's supposed to take, and what each is for...and that's A LOT OF MEDS! 11 different oes at last count! That is too funny about the dentist; that must have been a funny visit.
