Hi-I think I forgot to log in-
well hi to everyone. I'm home from my trip. it was awesome. I have to start dinner soon, but Dubai was an amazing life changing experience. Awesome. The people were so warm and nice-and interesting to talk to.
once you go beyond language and headdresses and all that stuff we see-we are all the same. We met some wonderful people-we'll probably never meet again, but we'll never forget them. they are living life, caring for their families just like us, they're worried about terrorism just like us-except they have to live with being grouped in with the terrorists. Crazy world. And the only thing that sucked was to see that. To see injustice and prejudice. It's a shame that more people can't experience this beautiful culture.
Anyway-we did tons of stuff, toured archaelogical ruins, camel riding, the whole bit. And I felt amazing the WHOLE trip!!! I forgot for a few days that I even had cf. hah-a few short days of fantasy is nice. I'm going to try to figure out how to post pictures-you know me-tech challenged.
So happy to be back-and I want to hear about what you all are up to and I hope there weren't any huge blowouts here while I was gone!!! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> Love to all.
